Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Planning and Execution: Create compelling sales pitches to drive engagement and retention. Negotiate with existing partners to drive revenue growth.
- Partner Communication and Strategy: Maintain regular communication with partners, conduct business reviews, identify opportunities, and provide updates on a routine basis.
- Partner Engagement and Relationship Management: Build trust and relationships with partners to enhance their sales potential across Klook's platforms.
- Key Account Management: Nurture and expand relationships with priority partners.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to quarterly strategic planning and improvement initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal functions to maximize sales, ensure alignment, and drive customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A minimum of five years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Sales Portfolio management.
- Experience in key account management or OTA supply is preferable; familiarity with travel-related products is preferred.
- Advanced Sales Techniques: Mastery of complex negotiations, strategic partnerships, consultative selling, and high-level relationship management.
- Strategic Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain high-level relationships with key/large partners and stakeholders.
- Advanced Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, competitor actions, and account metrics to enable data-driven decisions.
- Problem-Solving Expertise: Ability to tackle complex partner needs with innovative, strategic approaches.
- Commercial Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit to grow business and align with real-world trends.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, metrics, and industry landscapes.
- Teamwork and Communication: Ability to lead and inspire teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at a senior level.
