Job Summary

The role of an Executive Administrative Coordinator at Singapore Anglican Community Services involves providing administrative support across various functions to ensure the smooth operations of our Centre.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to handle administrative tasks, including purchasing and stocking of consumables, processing referrals, admissions, and discharges, as well as Means Test and Financial Assistant applications.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with excellent communication and organizational skills to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchasing and stocking of consumables.
  • Processing referrals, admissions, and discharges.
  • Means Test and Financial Assistant applications.
  • Identifying vendors for specific tasks and obtaining quotations.
  • Maintaining CCTV and card access systems, and managing access cards.
  • Preparing administrative, finance, facility, health, and safety reports.
  • Reviewing and maintaining service contracts and licenses.

What We Offer:
