Job Title: Executive Secretary
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Secretary to join our team at MOHAN MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS PTE LTD. As an Executive Secretary, you will provide administrative support to our team and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Email Management: Screen and respond to emails, and schedule meetings as needed.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel plans, book flights and hotels, and make necessary travel arrangements.
- Coordination of HR Activities: Assist with HR-related activities, including leave management, attendance tracking, and other administrative tasks.
- Preparation of Summaries: Prepare summaries of meetings, action items, and delegations.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduates only.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. Exposure to secretarial practices and functions is a must.
- Skills: Excellent communication and planning skills, knowledge of computers, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
