Key Responsibilities

  • Perform business analysis and impact analysis to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Analyze and respond to queries and issues raised by end users in a timely and effective manner.
  • Coordinate with vendors to deliver solutions and upgrades.
  • Perform system maintenance to ensure smooth usage and adherence to compliance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new systems and services.
  • Develop and maintain operation documentation and knowledge base.
  • Familiarize yourself with cloud technologies and DevOps environment.
  • Support and manage multiple client applications.

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of experience in IT application support with a degree in Business Information Science, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Good knowledge of databases such as Oracle and MSSQL.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT application support in the banking industry.
