AC Organisation is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Opportunities Expert to drive business growth and expansion. This role involves identifying new market trends, conducting SWOT analyses, and developing strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify new market trends and customer needs, conducting SWOT analyses to uncover business opportunities
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets, building a sales pipeline through lead generation and client acquisition
• Present products or services to potential clients, handling objections, negotiating contracts, and closing deals
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing after-sales support and upselling additional services
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business goals and develop business strategies to expand market reach and customer base
• Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and sales targets, generating reports and providing insights to management for decision-making

Requirements:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
