Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide support to various departments and operational teams
- Perform administrative duties including data entry, calculation, comparison and analysis
- Source for new vendors, suppliers and clients
- Liaise with internal and external partners
- Handle customer feedback and resolving any disputes
- Operations Management
- Manage drivers and arrange their schedules based on operational requirements
- Support operations team and perform operational duties whenever necessary
- Assist with overall day-to-day operations in the restaurants
- Assist with catering events offsite
- Requirements
- Preferably with prior experience in similar role in Chinese restaurant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to speak and write Mandarin/Chinese to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
- Willing to learn and open to taking on a variety of tasks
- Team player who is able to work independently
- Meticulous with an eye for details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task and handle high volume of work in fast paced environment
- Able and willing to work on shift and weekend/PH as and when required
