Lead, Technical Product Sales Specialist

A Lead, Technical Product Sales Specialist plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical exper se and sales acumen.


Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background on, workstation and site management.

The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for understanding our products/services in-depth, presenting technical solutions to clients, and supporting the sales team through effective solutions and relationship-building.


Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

• Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and stay up to date with industry trends.

• Provide technical support to the sales team, including product demonstrations, presentations, and technical consultations.

Sales Support & Project Supervisor:

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand customer needs and challenges.

• Assist in communicating with the Zenith TECH Support team in Australia regarding customer inquiries & bridge the gap between the Sales & the support team.

• Work closely with the Support Team in Singapore, Factory Team in Shanghai, and Tech and Customer Service Team in Australia.

• Supports the local project team in implementing the final product solution.

Customer Interac on:

• Engage with clients to assess their technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the technical features and benefits.

Product Knowledge Transfer:

• Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their technical knowledge and selling capabilities.

• Collaborate with marketing to develop technical content and collateral for sales purposes.

Sales Strategy:

• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and participate in sales planning meetings.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs.
