Roles & Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of a portfolio of accounts, providing treasury and cash management solutions, and cross-selling bank products and services through general sales and referrals.
  • Deliver exceptional and proactive client service globally.
  • Address client inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide sales support to ensure the delivery of high-quality, proactive services to clients:Meet with clients and the sales team to understand business needs.
    Assist sales in soliciting additional business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales during the RFP process in the pre-implementation stage.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for client issues and assume accountability for resolving them.
  • Deliver value-added, proactive servicing activities to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Conduct periodic service reviews and scorecard assessments with clients.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve service defects.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, credit policies, KYC, and AML requirements, while exercising appropriate delegated authority.
  • Participate in, support, and implement local or regional projects as directed by the Client Services Manager.
  • Assist with migration projects, including mandate updates and outreach for expiring client IDs for the Fulfillment team.
