Global Client Relationship Manager

We are partnering with a reputable liner company in search of a talented Client Relationship professional to drive their business growth and support their expanding services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management:Serve as the primary contact for 2-3 global corporate customers, fostering long-term partnerships and driving growth.
Develop and implement strategic solutions to align with customer needs and business goals.
Source opportunities, convert leads into sales, and manage revenue through effective tender negotiations.
Monitor and analyze key account metrics and market trends to position products effectively. - Process and System Improvement:Regularly review and refine commercial processes and contract administration best practices across regions.
Oversee cross-hub management of structured deals and tenders, ensuring consistent execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the shipping industry, with a focus on key account management.
- Proficiency in containerized shipping and contract negotiations.
- Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese counterparts.
- Strategic thinker with excellent multitasking, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage relationships independently and deliver sustainable solutions.
- Adaptability to evolving customer strategies and market dynamics.
