Wiqayah, a leading management consultancy services company, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, nurturing, and managing strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. As the primary point of contact, you will facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams, drive client satisfaction, and contribute to the growth of our business by identifying opportunities to expand our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Needs Assessment and Service Delivery: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, and work with internal teams to tailor Wiqayah's consultancy services accordingly.
  • Issue Resolution: Serve as the main point of contact for client queries and concerns, promptly addressing issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services, contributing to revenue growth and client retention.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor client performance metrics, gather feedback, and prepare regular reports and presentations to ensure continuous service improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and delivery that align with client expectations.
