Admin & Office Manager Position

We are looking for an Admin & Office Manager to head our Admin function. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities. In this role, the candidate should combine a strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure. The candidate should also be a reliable problem-solver with strong project management skills.

Job Description

  • Manage the Admin team and daily operational activities
  • Work with Admin team on various training- and admin-related duties
  • Perform enrolment and submission of learners
  • Maintain the office & training areas
  • Work with vendors for office supplies & training material purchases
  • Maintain documents and files from day-to-day operations
  • Ensure records are archived securely
  • Work with various teams to ensure seamless front-back and back-end operations
  • Assist with enquiries from general public
  • Work on tasks that relate to external partners and parties

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Admin Manager, Office Manager or similar role
  • Experience in project management
  • Knowledge of office procedures and billing
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Drive
  • Experience in CRM will be an advantage
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking ability
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
