Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Lead recruitment, compensation, and benefits administration
- Drive training and development initiatives
- Establish and maintain good industrial relations
- Provide HR support for Sales & Distribution operations
Requirement
- Min. Degree in Human Resource Management
- Min. 8-10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of Sales & Distribution operational issues
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to start immediately is an advantage
