Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Lead recruitment, compensation, and benefits administration
  • Drive training and development initiatives
  • Establish and maintain good industrial relations
  • Provide HR support for Sales & Distribution operations

Requirement

  • Min. Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Min. 8-10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
  • Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of Sales & Distribution operational issues
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to start immediately is an advantage
