Faculty HR Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Faculty HR matters, including administering and processing appointments, reappointments, promotions, tenure, and exits.
- Provide guidance on HR procedures and best practices.
- Support Faculty HR committees at the school level.
- Participate in university-level meetings as needed.
- Contribute to projects and process reviews.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, or Business.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Possess good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Maintain a meticulous and service-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat applications.
