Senior Assistant Manager, Shared Services HR(Faculty)

In addition, he/she may be theSpecialist to support the Lead, Faculty in the University levelFaculty Appointment and Reappointment (FAR) Committee or thePromotion & Tenure (PTRC)meeting.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a teamof HR Officers and oversee both the HR administration and advisorysupport to enable effective HR operations in Faculty mattersrelated to Appointment, Reappointment, Job Changes, Promotion andExit management in alignment with University's policies andguidelines.
- Ensure data accuracy in updates ofall entries in HRIS including but not limited to hire data,one-time payment, assigning costing allocations, concurrentappointment updates in HRIS completed by teammembers
- Involve in coordinating activities insupporting University level meetings related to FacultyAppointment, Reappointment as well asPromotion
- Ensure tasks and enquiries undertakenare resolved and completed in a timely manner in accordance withthe service level agreements (SLA)
- Improveprocesses and procedures to ensure high standards of service andwork quality, efficiency and governance
- Driveand/or participate in projects and processreviews
- Collaborate and build good workingrelationships with stakeholders within theUniversity
- Expected to manage a team of 4officers.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in BusinessAdministration, or a related discipline ie. HumanResources
- Preferably minimum 4 years ofrelevant experience in an Administrative and/or HR environment withsupervisory skills
- Good knowledge of theEmployment Act and Labour laws ofSingapore
- Comfortable to handle/review highvolume of administrative transactions
- Strongwriting skills is essential
- Stronginterpersonal and communication skills
- Strongorganizational, time managementskills
- Proficient in Microsoft Officeapplications and PowerPDF
- Working knowledgewith Workday isadvantageous
