Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to join our team This internship will provide valuable exposure to HR processes, particularly in data entry, onboarding, and offboarding. You will have the opportunity to support day-to-day HR operations, work with experienced professionals, and develop essential skills for your career in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in data entry for HR records and employee information.
  • Support the offboarding process, including coordinating return of company property and ensuring completion of necessary paperwork.
  • Help organize and maintain HR documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
  • Contribute to other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Polytechnic or ITE in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Eager to learn and develop organizational skills.
  • Trustworthy and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
  • Able to commence work in April
