We are a leading security manpower provider, servicing over 30 companies. We specialize in security personnel recruitment, deployment, and management, ensuring the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in managing recruitment, employee relations, and compliance processes.

Job Responsibilities:Recruitment & Selection:
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for security officer roles.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates and track recruitment progress.
Employee Onboarding & Documentation:
  • Assist in preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documents.
  • Ensure all security officers meet licensing and regulatory requirements.
  • Support in conducting new hire orientation sessions.
HR Operations & Compliance:
  • Assist in maintaining personnel files and ensuring records are updated.
  • Support payroll processing by verifying attendance and duty rosters.
  • Help ensure compliance with labor laws and security industry regulations.
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Prior experience or interest in the security manpower industry is a plus.
