HR Intern – Basel Medical Group (Singapore)
As part of our continuous growth, Basel Medical Group is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance within the healthcare sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Selection- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update a candidate database to track recruitment progress.
- Assist in preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documents.
- Ensure that all employees meet licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Support in conducting new hire orientation sessions.
- Assist in maintaining personnel files and ensuring all records are updated.
- Support payroll processing by verifying attendance and work schedules.
- Help ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Prior experience or interest in the healthcare or manpower industry is a plus.
- Location: Singapore
- Commitment: 6 months and more
