Your Impact

Your Role

The Head of Growth works closely with the Management team to develop and implement sustainable growth strategies, with a focus on customer and user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue optimization. This role requires a data-driven, strategic, and creative leader who can oversee all aspects of the marketing funnel and align growth initiatives with business goals and strengthen the company's brand presence.

Your Responsibilities

Growth Strategy

  • Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to drive user base and revenue growth.
  • Define growth opportunities and priorities, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Design growth strategies and initiatives and drive implementation through cross-functional collaboration
  • Develop and implement frameworks for testing, execution and evaluation of the effectiveness of growth initiatives (including identification of relevant KPIs, and advising on course correction as necessary
  • Work with the management team to identify market opportunities, refine brand positioning, and shape long-term business growth strategies or opportunities

Marketing

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, including brand awareness, performance marketing, and partnerships to support growth goals
  • Optimize (test and implement) paid and organic acquisition channels, balancing customer acquisition cost (CAC) efficiency and ROI with driving reach
  • Utilize analytics, customer segmentation, and key KPI modeling to create a framework to optimize marketing performance across channels
  • Manage and enhance the company's social media presence and digital engagement strategies.
  • Leverage data and customer insights from user feedback, behavioral analytics, and targeted interviews to improve acquisition and retention
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that drives audience engagement through high value content, optimized across multiple formats and channels to maximize reach and effectiveness
  • Work closely with the Product team to optimize Product-Market fit and enhance the customer journey.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in scaling start-ups and driving revenue growth through innovative growth and marketing strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing, performance optimization, and analytics.
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret customer data (e.g., user behaviors, preferences, predictive analytics). Familiarity with MarTech tools (CDPs, attribution software, automation, multi-touch attribution) a plus.
  • Expertise in growth & marketing frameworks (AARRR funnel, CAC/LTV modeling, customer segmentation).
  • Experienced in leading cross-functional teams (working with engineers, designers, data analysts, product managers).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable with risk-taking, experimentation, and rapid iteration.
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in oral and written form.
  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, or tech startups would be advantageous.
