As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as the Head of Growth in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and collaborations within the golf and entertainment industry to expand our network and customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, such as corporate partnerships, event sponsorships, and promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including golf professionals, influencers, and industry leaders.
- Leverage your extensive network to drive sales, generate leads, and create brand awareness.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns, promotions, and branding strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of growth initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the golf, hospitality, or entertainment industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer base.
- Strong networking skills with an extensive professional network within the golf or related industries.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities to foster collaborations and partnerships.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Knowledge of golf industry trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences preferred but not required.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Passion for golf and a deep understanding of the game's culture and community.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
