**What you will do**:
The Head of Growth role is a Director level position that reports directly to TSL’s founder. It is a strategic role and has a dotted line to guiding the revenue growth of TSL Media Group.
Duties would include:
- Establish TSL’s growth strategy with inputs from the senior management team
- Identify new ways to create, package and sell our full range of services
- Identify new revenue streams and partnership opportunities.
- Lead internal teams strategically to optimize our product-market-fit
- Engage executive-level stakeholders, clients and partners to drive impactful business development and partnership conversations
- Create and lead impactful programs, projects and events to meet our growth agenda
- Provide guidance and insights to sales teams to supercharge sales performance
- Over a decade of experience in a branded agency/new media industry, in roles such as growth, sales or account serving (outstanding growth leaders in other sectors may be considered)
- Own an established network of relationships with executive decision-makers
- A strategic thinker with a problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish relationships with internal and stakeholders across all levels
- Proven leadership abilities and able lead a cross-functional team in a matrix structure
- Self-starter with good people skills; is comfortable with a dynamic pace and manages multiple projects concurrently
