As a key member of our team, you will:

- Execute Growth Strategies: Propose and execute growth experiments, analyze data, share insights with the team, and continually refine our approach
- Create Compelling Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives that elevate our brand and fuel user growth.
- Accelerate Growth: Drive customer acquisition and retention across Southeast Asia, expanding our reach and impact.
- Optimize Conversion: Spearhead funnel optimization efforts to identify and eliminate conversion roadblocks and implement product improvements for increased conversions.
- Lead and Empower Your Team: Build and guide your team to achieve exceptional performance, fostering an environment of growth and development.

**Requirements**:

- Track Record: 3+ years of experience in marketing or growth roles, ideally within a hyper-growth company.
- Proven Business Acumen: Entrepreneurial background, management consulting, or other commercially successful experiences.
- Expertise in the Southeast Asian Market: In-depth understanding of the region's unique characteristics and opportunities.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: A demonstrated ability to make informed decisions based on data analysis.
- Hands-on: Drive projects hands-on, especially in the beginning
- Leadership Potential: Experience building and leading teams
- Bonus: Prior experience in product management.
