Job Title: Regional Head of Solutioning

We are seeking a seasoned leader to head our Solutioning & Pre-Sales function, driving growth across industries and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement end-to-end solutioning and pre-sales strategies across all industry verticals and technology domains within the ASEAN region.
  2. Qualify market opportunities, formulate win themes, and create compelling proposals aligned with our capabilities.
  3. Oversight and direction of a cross-border team of 7-10 solutioning professionals based in Singapore and India.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft integrated, winnable propositions for customers.
  5. Guide planning processes and contribute to high-growth business strategies in the applications domain.
  6. Represent us in industry forums, analyst briefings, and client interactions, building thought leadership and market influence.
  7. Lead large strategic bids and support team members in managing significant opportunities.
  8. Conduct win/loss analyses to improve future bid strategies and institutionalise best practices.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree with 15-20 years of experience in business consulting, application implementation, and support roles within Tier 1-2 firms.
  • Minimum of 10 years in solutioning or pre-sales functions, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong familiarity with ASEAN market dynamics, including client ecosystems and competitive landscapes across multiple industries.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise application frameworks, COTS solutions, and architectural methodologies.
  • Extensive experience in the Financial Services sector and/or Singapore's enterprise market is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and collaborate across global stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Proven commercial acumen, particularly in contracting and bid negotiations.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex business and technical concepts to senior stakeholders.
