As Head of Growth Strategy and Operations at 90 Seconds, you will have direct responsibility for leading GTM strategy and developing end-to-end programs to drive high levels of operational performance, scaling enterprise sales capability, unlock new growth vectors, and help deliver on or above the company’s revenue forecast, and deliver the key success metrics that drive sustainable revenue and growth.We’re a 10-year-old company at the Series B+/Pre-IPO phase, have been through self-funding, then 6 years of Venture capital partnering with Sequoia Capital, Airtree Ventures, SIG, and others. We’ve had years of high growth, a dip, and recovery and are now growing as a profitable company with good margins, strong balance sheet, and about 40% growth YoY on our way to 60% growth for the year.We’ve got a highly motivated team and leadership, many of whom together have successfully shepherded the company through significant challenges and back into growth, it’s a powerful capability we all aim to leverage up.**What You'll Love Doing**:
- **Lead GTM strategy & Playbook**: Refine and ensure optimal market positioning, target market focus, and build the playbook and systems to drive high levels of operational performance.
- ** Scale Enterprise Sales**: Lift the standards of the Enterprise Sales capability and organization and get it scaling, systematically expanding through; industries, use cases, niches, geographies, and team.
- ** Customer Love & Retention**: Develop and constantly optimize a world-class customer experience that helps unlock the limitless potential of our elite customer base of the world’s biggest companies. Focus Account Managers on engagement management via key metrics and manage reduction in customer churn.
- ** Secure Bigger Deals**: Help develop the formula to unlock the winning of more 7-figure and multi-year contracts from the world’s biggest companies.
- ** Understand the Data & Deliver the Numbers**: Take responsibility for accurate forecasting, analysing customer data (retention, churn, needs, etc), help deliver on or above the company’s revenue forecast, and deliver the key success metrics that drive sustainable revenue and growth.
- ** Unlock New Growth Vectors / Achieve Break-out Growth**: In close collaboration with Product, research, define and launch new offerings to market. Develop GTM strategies and end-to-end programs. Successfully launch and guide strategies to optimize retention, monetization, and growth. Investigate and potentially develop in the non-large enterprise market, eg. mid-market which we’re partially in and could expand significantly on core products, and possibly a part of the SME market which would require more targeted product development.
- ** Be a great cross-functional partner**: Besides being able to work independently, we operate as one global team, and you are a key partner within the organization.
- ** Manage and grow our Subscriber base**: through usage data and renewals of wallet credit driving expansion and retention
- ** Growth Initiative Programs**:Work cross-functionally to ensure the development and tractions of growth initiatives such as Land & Expand and CRM integrations.
**Who You are**:
- Successful experience developing GTM strategies and end-to-end programs, driving sustainable revenue and growth.
- Demonstrated leadership success in a high growth startup/scaleup (90 Seconds in currently at the Series B+ / Pre-IPO stage), ideally into $20M+ Revenue.
- Proven track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships.
- Ability to coach, grow and influence others in a highly fast-paced and diverse environment in terms of organizational culture, experience, and seniority.
- Get stuff done attitude with the necessary drive and work ethic to maintain our high velocity as the company grows.
