**About Iterative**:
Iterative is an accelerator that invests exclusively in startups in Southeast Asia. Founded in March 2020 by Hsu Ken Ooi and Brian Ma, Iterative has raised $65M across 2 funds, invested in 65+ companies, 120+ founders and the total value of Iterative companies is now worth $1.2 billion.

Iterative, as an organization, has 4 distinct functions and as a result, a team for each function.

- **Investments **- Decide whether Iterative should invest in a startup
- **Iterative Founders **- Help the founders Iterative has invested in
- **Support **- Make Iterative a first class organization
Iterative is currently a team of 10 and growing quickly across each of these teams.
**The Role**:
Your primary responsibility is to develop a recruiting playbook that delivers repeatable growth. To do this, you’ll need to do the following.
- **Identify User Personas **- Identify and define who the target users should be. Future founders especially come in many different shapes and sizes. They also are at very different parts of their journey. It could be they are just about to start a company, have been interested in startups or just getting interested in startups. Any good playbook starts with a clear understanding of it’s target users.
- **Grow Existing Channels **- We have started developing a number of channels including content (written, audio and video), events and programs. Part of your role will be to see if these fit into the playbook and if so, how do we continue to grow them.
- **Experiment with New Channels **- We’re sure there’s new channels or initiatives that we should be doing but are not doing. Part of your responsibilities is experimenting with new channels and initiatives that you think might be good additions to the playbook.

**Who You Are**:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following experience.
- **Product Development Process **- Since our experience is building companies and products, we run Iterative in a similar way. It will be beneficial to have exposure to the product development process (requirements, sprints, etc.).
- **Metric Driven **- Comfortable measuring the efficacy of all their initiatives. Iterative is a rigorous organization that is constantly evaluating whether we’re working on the right things and demands that we learn from everything we do.
- **Experience Growing a Variety of Channels **- You should have experience working on and growing a variety of channels (paid, content, events, etc.). Although we have some inclinations, we don’t know what channels will ultimately work and not work. Therefore someone that’s more of a growth generalist is better suited for this role.
- **Excited About Executing **- Although a lot of your responsibilities will be on strategy, developing a playbook, etc. we’re a small team and expect everyone to execute or “get their hands dirty” in some way shape or form. If you’re past that stage of your career, this might not be the place for you.
