**Join Our Dedicated Team as a Head Educator**

At The Boutique Group of Companies Pte Ltd, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Head Educator. We are a leading end-to-end education provider for families of children of all ages in international schools in Singapore.

As the Head Educator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the education programs and ensuring the highest quality of teaching and learning experiences for our students. You will be responsible for mentoring and leading a team of educators, designing curriculum frameworks, and driving the implementation of best practices in education.

We believe in instilling a love of learning in our students, and as the Head Educator, you will be at the forefront of creating a positive and nurturing environment for their growth and development.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement curriculum frameworks for various educational programs
- Lead and mentor a team of educators, providing guidance and support
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality education services
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and management to address students' educational needs
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends and incorporate them into the programs

**Requirements**:
**About You**:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual who is committed to providing the best learning experiences for students. As the Head Educator, you will need to have strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team of educators. You should have a deep understanding of curriculum development and be able to design engaging and effective educational programs.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in education, with a focus on curriculum development
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and a deep understanding of students' needs
- Degree in Education or a relevant field
- Willing to teach at students’ homes and travel via taxis between classes
- Keen to embrace our company culture and ethos to education and to participate in activities such as holiday camps as and when they come up
- Slightly tech savvy would be a plus to work with our apps and other systems
- Familiarity with international education systems and practices
