HR Manager/Senior HR Executive

Job Scope:
Position Overview:
The HR Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the full spectrum of human resource functions within the organization. This position entails strategic planning, operational execution, and the provision of HR support that aligns with organizational goals while enhancing employee experience and engagement. This role requires a proactive approach to managing HR activities, fostering a positive workplace culture, and enhancing employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
o Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.
o Manage the entire recruitment process: job definition, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
o Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
2. Employee Relations:
o Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, fostering open communication.
o Address and resolve employee issues, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
3. Performance Management
o Develop and implement performance management systems to support employee development and organizational goals.
o Coach managers and employees on performance appraisal processes and feedback.
4. Compensation and Benefits:
o Manage compensation strategies, including salary reviews and benefits administration.
o Conduct market analyses to ensure competitive pay and benefits offerings.
5. Training and Development:
o Identify training needs and facilitate development programs to enhance skills and competencies.
o Support initiative for leadership development and succession planning within the organization.
6. Compliance and Policy Management:
o Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining up to date knowledge of labor market trends and practices.
o Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that foster a fair and equitable work environment.
7. Workforce Planning and HR Analytics:
o Analyze HR metrics to assess workforce performance and inform strategic decisions.
o Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and develop succession planning.
8. Organizational Development:
o Support change management initiatives and cultural transformation efforts.
o Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with Company Value.
9. HR Technology Management:
o Manage HR information systems to optimize workflows and improve data accuracy.
o Leverage technology solutions to streamline HR processes and enhance the employee experience.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or similar role.
· Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law and best practices,
· Excellent management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
