Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and expand business with Japanese company in Financial Service industry across the APAC region
  • Generate sales opportunity to achieve short and long term revenue and profit growth
  • Initiatives to drive increase sales and share of wallet with customers
  • Take active lead to engage partners in customer engagement and solutioning
  • Engage customers at all level to develop long term business relationship
  • Collaborate with FJ HQ to accelerate JOC business
  • Guide the Local AM in JOC accounts in terms of working culture within JOC customers

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have proven over 10 years' experience in IT solutions sales, with the ability to demonstrate a high level of understanding in application solutions and technologies.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional IT solutions sales / consulting experience, preferably in SI environment/ service solution sales
  • Demonstrate experience in managing sales pipeline
  • Demonstrate experience in meeting sales and revenue quotas
  • Experience in selling with partners
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills by both English and Japanese
  • Excellent presentation skill
  • Self-starter
  • Highly motivated
