Description

We are seeking for a driven and client-focused Institutional Sales professional to join our APAC Sales team. This role is responsible for helping the expansion of Flowdesk's presence in the region, focusing on client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new opportunities, selling Flowdesk's core services (OTC, Market Making, and other solutions).

Reporting to the Head of Sales APAC, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and industry stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions to institutional clients.

Your role and responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the pre-sales lifecycle and closing deals for clients you have prospected and qualified, primarily selling Flowdesk's core services (Market Making, OTC, Custody, Treasury Management solutions) as well as channel partner opportunities.
  • This includes prospecting, qualifying, and pitching clients, ensuring smooth communication internally and externally until the launch of trading services.
  • Participate in crypto events to expand your network and secure new clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team pre-sales and post-sales (Flow Sales) as well as the trading, legal, and marketing teams.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and tracking using Salesforce.
  • Provide support to the global sales team when required (NAM and EMEA desks).

Requirements


Background and experience

  • 1 to 3 years in the cryptocurrency space, ideally at an exchange, prime broker, or in a client-facing financial role with a strong interest in crypto.
  • Existing crypto network and previous experience in the web3 industry are required.

Skills and personality

  • Genuine interest in cryptocurrency markets and financial topics.
  • Experience in networking, closing deals, and building partnerships.
  • Team player who is also autonomous, curious, and eager to learn, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally, work under pressure, and organise and prioritise tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English is mandatory.
