  • You will take the lead in driving the CRM strategic initiatives and overseeing the CRM operations
  • Manage the CRM projects and events
  • Improve the credibility of staff through coaching and direct support
  • Schedule CRM activities for Asia in collaboration with marketing team
  • Strategy and follow up on database program
  • Develop of client's recruitment program with retail and digital departments, etc.
  • Tools: SugarCRM tools
  • Participate and monitor events

The Successful Applicant:

  • Background from the luxury brand sector (fashion/Watch & Jewellery/Cosmetics)
  • 5 or more years in the CRM leadership background
  • Customer centric mindset and knowledge of local markets and customer insight
  • Can articulate the client propositions for CRM strategies
