Our client is looking for an executive assistant who has experience in administrative and secretarial roles. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the CEO's office.

You will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO and the office, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities, business growth, and effectively manage their responsibilities.

This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, organizational skills, and the ability to handle a wide range of tasks with precision and efficiency.


Job Descriptions

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support
  • Oversee and coordinate daily administrative operations, ensuring efficient and effective office management.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve organizational efficiency.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff
  • Manage office facilities and resources, including equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Maintain records and files, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance administrative workflow.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for the center.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Manage office related tasks.
  • Ad hoc duties assigned by Director.

Requirements:

  • Preferably able to speak fluent
  • Proactive and experience in administration
  • Good in MS Office
  • Can work independently, good in problem solving
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Salary:
$4, $6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Local Polytechnic Diploma (required)

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 3 years (required)

  • Administration: 1 year (required)
  • Mandarin speaking: 10 years (required)
