Responsibilities:

  • Assist CEO to manage the daily operation and strategic planning of overseas BU.
  • Responsible for making and supervising the implementation of overseas BU development plans and goals
  • Coordinate the work of different departments to ensure the smooth operation of the company.
  • Responsible for the financial management of the overseas company, including budget, fund management, cost control, etc.
  • Keep abreast of market information and competition, and make corresponding marketing strategies.
  • Manage the human resources of overseas BU, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, etc.
  • Participate in the decision making and execution of overseas BU, and provide decision support and suggestions to the CEO.
  • Coordinate internal and external relations of overseas BU, including customers, suppliers, investors, etc.
  • Attend meetings and events of the overseas BU and represent the overseas CEO at various business occasions.
  • Work closely with the overseas CEO to handle important company matters and ensure stable operation of the company.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above, with background in management, business, economics or related fields.
2.10+ years of relevant working experience, senior management or management consulting experience is preferred.

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with team management and coordination ability.
  • High business sensitivity and strategic vision, able to seize market opportunities and risks.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, able to work with various departments to promote the company's development.
  • Proficient in financial management and marketing knowledge, able to develop effective management strategies and plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to make independent decisions and implement them.
  • Good interpersonal and social skills, able to communicate and cooperate effectively with various types of people.
  • High level of responsibility and ability to execute, able to work under pressure and challenges.

Language:

Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking

Knowledge:

Strategic operations expertise, marketing management related knowledge, brand strategy knowledge, payment industry related knowledge, global trade related knowledge

Experience:

Cross-regional and cross-cultural management experience, successful marketing experience.

Ability:

Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to judge market trends, leadership, resource integration, innovation
