Roles & Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage the daily engineer schedule to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate the exchange of spare parts from respective principal brands to support repair and maintenance activities.
  • Monitor and track daily support cases, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Training and guidance will be provided by experienced staff to support these activities.
  • Utilize basic IT skills to work with MS Office and email software for documentation and communication purposes.
  • Preference for candidates with call center experience, including answering and logging support calls. This experience can enhance effective communication with customers and issue tracking.
  • Candidates should have at least 2 years of working experience, preferably in similar positions, to demonstrate their ability to handle the responsibilities of the role effectively.
