" Ability to understand internal users needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
" Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our internal users to achieve total customer satisfaction
**Requirements:
- **" Diploma or Degree in science / technology / engineering
" 4-7years of work experience in IT Helpdesk
" Good communication skills in English (verbal & written)
" Windows 10 and Office 365 knowledge
" Ready to work on shifts and weekend
" Knowledge of Cisco UCCX call management (not mandatory)
