Senior L1 Helpdesk Support
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri
- Working Location: Central
- Remuneration package: Up to $3,800 + AWS
We are seeking a proactive individual to support daily Technical Helpdesk operations at the Operation Centre. The ideal candidate will manage complex incidents, oversee staff performance, and ensure service levels are met.
Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations: Manage and support helpdesk operations.
- Incident Management: Handle complex incidents and coordinate with Level 2 support within SLA.
- Performance Monitoring: Oversee staff performance to ensure service levels are maintained.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies and complaints.
- Communication: Share operational updates with staff promptly.
- Training: Conduct on-the-job and refresher training.
- Product Liaison: Work with product managers for onboarding and reporting.
- Staff Support: Step in as Helpdesk Engineer during staff shortages.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of helpdesk operations and troubleshooting.
- Experience: Handling complex incidents and coordinating with higher-level support.
- Monitoring and Training: Ability to oversee staff performance and conduct training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Adaptability: Willingness to perform additional duties as needed.
- Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or any other related fields.
- At least 3 year experience in helpdesk support or equivalent roles.
