Saturday, 8.30-1pm (once a month)

Job Scope:
- First and Second level technical support for user's desktops and laptops (Windows OS)
- Basic troubleshooting of networking issues in Windows domain environment (TCP/IP, Active Directory, Wireless AP, Firewall, Router, Switch)
- Printer/MFP setup and support
- Hardware/Software inventory documentation
- Monitor daily backup
- If applicant possesses programming knowledge/experience, opportunity will be given to develop inhouse software system.
- If applicant possesses system design and analysis knowledge/experience, opportunity will be given to assist in the analysis/design of inhouse depot automation system.
Requirement:
- Degree/Diploma in IT or related principles
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT Hardware & Software environment
