Position Summary

IT Helpdesk Engineer is responsible to provide helpdesk support to resolve employee IT issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all inhouse and contracted assets, maintain IT documentation, inventory and liaise with vendors.
  • Engaged in internal EUC projects, PC/Laptop purchase, part replacement / repair for end user computing devices
  • Assist in the testing and rollout of the software / patches to all PCs

Requirement

  • Diploma in Computing and Information Systems or equivalent with 5 years' experience in End User support environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating system (all versions) and Microsoft Offices (all versions), including Office36
  • Basic understanding of PC/Printer hardware setup and configuration
  • Experienced in User, group, file, and security permission within Active Directory
