Technical Helpdesk Engineer

**Location: Singapore

Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic troubleshooting based on SOP and guides
  • Escalate tickets to next level and ensure resolution within Service Level Agreement
  • Ensure that all customer queries and any followup interactions are logged into CRM accurately and timely.
  • Proactively escalate query trends or potential issues to team leader Any other relevant duties as and when assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements:

  • ITE/Diploma in computer science or information technology field or related field
  • 3 years of working experience in Technical Helpdesk operation
  • Prior experience in Government Technology agency will be an added advantage
