Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Provide IT Helpdesk Support:

  • Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Assist with software installations, updates, and configurations.
  • Maintain and support hardware, including computers, printers, and other peripherals.

Domain Migration Assistance:

  • Support the migration of user accounts, data, and settings to a new domain.
  • Ensure minimal disruption to users during the migration process.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the migration.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Document helpdesk tickets and resolutions.
  • Report migration progress and any challenges encountered.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving IT support and migration processes.

User Training and Support:

  • Educate users on new domain policies and procedures.
  • Offer guidance and support post-migration to ensure a smooth transition.

Other ad-hoc job may be assigned by IT Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Understanding of IT support, networking, and domain management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
