Key Responsibilities

Technological enablement

  • Drive enhancement of HR chatbot to encourage employee selfservice and reduce manual handling of cases
  • Drive development of case management tool, operationation and change management
  • Regular review of UX/UI, functionalities and content of HR chatbot to improve adoption rate and effectiveness of the chatbot
  • Keep abreast of new technological tools that can aid in automation efforts

Service standards

  • Propose metrics for service standards, develop tools for measurement and tracking
  • Analyse data to identify areas for improvement

Project Management Office

  • Plan out detailed timeline and activities for transformation of Service Centre
  • Track and provide progressive update

Governance & Compliance Administration

  • Manage Conflict of Interest (COI), Rotation of Sensitive Position (ROSP) policies and handle government claims and grant matters

Requirements:

  • Holds a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Knowledge of SAP HR or SuccessFactor module would be an advantage
  • Analytical, meticulous, detailoriented with strong numerical competency
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in HR shared services/service centre operations preferred
  • Experience in process redesign and change management
  • Independent in problem solving
