We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Shared Services team. You will be responsible for supporting the execution of key HR processes and delivering excellent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage HR-related processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and benefits administration.
Provide excellent experience to employees, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR management system i.e PeopleSoft & SuccessFactors.
Work with payroll vendor on the delivery of our payroll function ensuring that each pay run is accurate and timely.
Participate in HR process improvement initiatives, suggesting ideas for streamlining processes and improving the employee experience
Participate in User Acceptance Testings (UAT) of HR management system to support operations
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
To ensure that all transaction support processes are systemized and streamlined for the best user experience
Qualifications:
- 2 years of HR experience
Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and Tripartite Guidelines
Team player with good communication skills
Possess strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation to get tasks done independently
Pro-active, resourceful and meticulous
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
