Design and develop the Learning & Development framework and programs based on the needs of the organization and employees (e.g. identify learning needs, develop competency framework and curriculum etc.)

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and leaders to conduct training needs analysis and develop a functional training road map
  • Review of staff skills and performance periodically
  • Manage training budgets and assist in the preparation of training reports
  • Evaluate effectiveness of learning interventions evaluation and make recommendations for improvement
  • Research in L&D to keep learning interventions abreast of future trends and relevant to learners Supporting Partners
  • Conduct orientation
  • Support audits pertaining to training records
  • Assist and participate in ad hoc HR projects as required skills and experience required
  • Adhere to company policy and work environment

Requirements:

  • Degree with at least 5 years related experience in Training/Talent Development experience
  • Experience in facilitation, design of learning interventions/programmes of different modalities (e.g. facetoface, virtual, blended) would be an advantage
  • Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and diligent
  • Able to speak confidently when facilitating learning interventions
  • Sensitive and discreet in dealing with personal and confidential matters.
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrate integrity and drive for excellence in work
