Talent Acquisition

  • Manage endtoend recruitment processes, working with People Experience Business Partners, hiring managers and external recruiters
  • Work on key talent acquisition initiatives that include but not limited to employer branding, campus outreach and network, selection tools and interview guide and assessments.
  • Engage in and manage sourcing channels, advanced search capabilities, pipelines, and run Talent Acquisition data.
  • Ensure that each stage of the recruitment process is completed within the required time frame
  • Prepare recruitmentrelated documents such as offer letters, contracts, and reference checks. Generate reports and metrics on recruitment activities
L&D & TM

  • Assist in the development and implementation of talent management strategies
  • Assist in the management of talent programmes _including recruitment, assessment, onboarding and development of talents_
General

  • Process and support for both L&D and TA programmes and initiatives
  • Compile and analyse data, key statistics and trends for L&D and TA, to provide continual improvement to the current processes.
Education / Professional Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or Business Management or other related disciplines
Professional Experience

  • 23 years of relevant working experience as a HR Specialist either in a Talent Acquisition, or as a HR Generalist handling recruitment
  • Experience in using Workday would be a preferred
