Our client is an established Telecommunications Organization with large presence in Singapore and it's neighbouring countries pre-dominantly catering to large-scale MNC and Enterprise Businesses.
We have been tasked to fill an Executive level role who will be closely involved in developing new employment hires programme, engagement programmes to boost staff morale and enhance staff welfare programmes.
Position Responsibilities:
- The role will perform various activities in the company such as:
- A. Onboarding and Offboarding of new hire and conducting orientation and acclimation into the business.
- B. Employee engagement and Welfare programmes enhancing the staff ability, develop a positive culture and develop recognition programmes to boost morale, recognition etc.
- C. Administration and Operations to the Office Manager and closely working with the Board and VIPs.
Position Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree Holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Experience in Training Orientation, Develop various programme's relating to improving and enhancing staff experience.
- Strong communication skills, peopleoriented and comfortable facing a largecrowd and able to do oneonone sessions.
- Strong leadership capability and will be engaging with Senior Management / Board and Stakeholders.
