Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
This position will be supporting HR activities and projects.

WE CARE Mobile App
- Assist in the planning, design and roll out of communications (including design of EDMs/posters and related collaterals, and participation in institution roadshows etc.) to promote app sign up and usage.
- Assist in compilation of reports (e.g. appreciation messages at line level) that are sent to respective institution HoDs.
- Assist in coordination of responses to all feedback and suggestions collated via the WE CARE mobile app with stakeholders.
- Assist in administering reward points to NUHS staff who participate in related publicity campaigns or submits a feedback/ suggestion.
- Assist in the analysis of employee usage metrics in the WE CARE app to generate meaningful insights aimed at refining employee engagement strategies.
Pulse Survey 2023
- Assist in administration processes leading up to NUHS' Pulse Survey, including the coordination and compilation of relevant employee data across various departments and institutions.
- Assist in the planning, design and roll out of communications to generate awareness and participation in the NUHS Pulse Survey
Intranet Staff Suggestion Page
- Assist in monitoring staff feedback and suggestions received through the NUHS staff suggestion page.
- Assist in coordination of replies to all feedback and suggestions with relevant stakeholders across the institution.
NUHS Facilitation Playbook for Managers
- Assist in the planning, design and roll out of communications to NUHS people managers on the facilitation playbook so as to encourage adoption and widespread practice of generative conversations at the line level.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Design related skill set will be advantageous
- Able to manage highvolume activities and handle data confidentiality.
- Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities.
- IT savvy and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle large amount of data.
- Organised, meticulous and proactive.
- A team player with good interpersonal skills
