We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to contribute to the growth of our business in Singapore as an Employee Engagement Consultant.

Mercer Talent Solutions business: Mercer Singapore's Talent Solutions business assists clients in navigating the Future of Work. With a robust Workforce Products & Insights database, we integrate Reward and Talent expertise to enhance work practices – from organizational design to strategic workforce planning, identifying future work trends, required skills, skill gaps, transformation action plans, performance, and total rewards.

We will rely on you to:

The Mercer team seeks a candidate to support the three main areas of the Centre of Expertise: Sales Enablement, Thought Leadership, and Operations Enablement. This role involves collaborating across Asia, IMEA, and Pacific regions to facilitate sales and delivery of Employee Engagement solutions driven by Mercer.

1) Sales Enablement

  • Collaborate with specific countries to enhance their business development through knowledge sharing, meetings, client identification, etc.
  • Work closely with partner platforms for joint projects
  • Manage proposal responses and content development
  • Maintain and update sales materials inventory (e.g., case studies, proposals)

2) Thought Leadership

  • Contribute to building Mercer's brand in the employee listening sector through publications, speaking engagements, panel discussions, etc.
  • Support the Centre of Expertise in content creation to drive brand visibility and provide relevant materials for client engagement

3) Operations Enablement

  • Play an active role in complex project delivery, serving as a project manager and mentor to the consultant team
  • Develop expertise in Mercer and partner software, collaborate on development plans and updates
  • Assist in enhancing consultant skills for direct project management and issue resolution

  • Extensive consulting experience in employee engagement and organizational culture
  • Prior team leadership experience
  • Proficiency in defining research objectives, scoping projects, and creating impactful content
  • Strong data analysis and presentation skills for senior audiences
  • Proven ability in global employee surveys implementation
  • Effective client and scope management skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented and methodical work approach
  • Self-motivated and trustworthy
  • Capability to build partnerships and alliances
  • Passion for knowledge sharing and delivering high-quality work
  • Experience working across diverse cultures and time zones is a bonus
