Senior Employee Engagement Consultant

Mercer is looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Employee Engagement Consultant in the Singapore office.
About Mercer Talent Solutions business: Mercer Singapore's Talent Solutions business focuses on guiding clients through the Future of Work. Leveraging the most robust Workforce Products & Insights database in the market, the team combines Reward and Talent expertise to enhance the effectiveness of work processes – from organizational design to strategic workforce planning and identifying essential skills and potential skill gaps. They also create action plans for transformation, performance improvement, and total rewards.
What you'll be responsible for:
The hired individual will play a crucial role spanning the three key functions of the Centre of Expertise: Sales Enablement, Thought Leadership, and Operations Enablement. The scope of work will encompass supporting sales and delivery of Mercer's Employee Engagement solutions across Asia, IMEA, and the Pacific regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with specific countries to bolster their business development initiatives through knowledge exchange, meetings, identifying target clients/industries, etc.
- Engage with partner platforms to drive joint projects
- Handle proposal responses, manage content development, and update sales materials inventory
- Contribute to building the Mercer brand in the employee listening space through publications, events, and panel engagements
- Support in identifying topics and content for enhancing brand visibility, client outreach, and providing relevant materials
- Lead in large project deliveries, act as a project manager, and coach the delivery team on best practices, timelines, and scope management
- Develop proficiency in Mercer's proprietary and partner software, collaborate on development roadmap, and support delivery teams in enhancing consultant-facing skill sets for more effective project management and issue resolution
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in employee engagement and organizational culture
- Proficiency in defining project scope, articulating client research objectives, and creating impactful content
- Strong capability in deriving insights from data and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Ability to execute global employee surveys successfully
- Skilled in client and scope management ensuring project scope, cost, and timelines are met
- Excellent communication skills with a methodical working style
- Self-driven, credible, and adept at building partnerships and alliances
- Passion for knowledge sharing and delivering exceptional results
- Previous experience in multicultural environments and time zone management is advantageous
