a) Manage the reception counter and keep the reception area tidy, organised, and well-stocked with necessary supplies to create a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and staff alike.
b) Receive visitors and provide customer service support to them in a professional and prompt manner.
c) Manage incoming calls, screen and redirect calls to the relevant personnel or taking messages and scheduling appointments to
facilitate effective communication between personnel and stakeholders.
d) Sort and manage incoming and outgoing mails and courier deliveries to ensure timely correspondence.Other Administrative Support:
a) Perform data entry, records keeping and photocopying documents.
b) Provide basic administrative support to leaders.
c) Assist the curricular and co-curricular departments by sorting and packing teaching materials or leaflets etc.
d) Perform any other duties as assigned
Qualification
The Personnel should preferably have the following skills, experiences and personal qualities:Experiences:Preferably possess 3 years of working experiences as a receptionist or in customer service.Personal Qualities:
• Preferably display a well-mannered, friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Preferably possesses good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.Working Hours :• Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
