Job Responsibilities:
The Personnel shall be competent to perform the following:
Reports directly to Administration Manager
- Handling of incoming phone calls
- Counter receptionist duties
- Simple administrative work
- Calling of late coming pupils on a daily basis
- Caring of unwell pupils
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Important Note:
Job Qualifications:
The Personnel shall mínimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

- Qualification: GCE 'O' Level Certificate or equivalent
- Good command of English
- Preferably 3 years of experience as receptionist and admin assistant
- Having prior general administration experience working in a school environment would be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $1,418.00 - $2,688.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)
**Experience**:
