Clinic Call Centre Officer

- Handle general enquiries and managing outpatient appointments through phone, email, web chat and other online platforms
- Provide quality one-stop information service for the Hospital
- Handles high-volume inbound calls and tend to inquiries related to healthcare services
- Manage all dial in booking and WhatsApp/online scheduling.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records accurately
- complying to PDPA regulations with patients’ particulars
- Address patient’s concerns with empathy
- Work with internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
- Support administrative work and ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least GCE O Levels with at 1 years’ work experience in a customer service
- Prior work experience in call centre, customer service or healthcare industry will be advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer and service oriented
- Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to commit to staggered working hours and half day Saturdays
