Call Centre / Customer Service Experience
No Experience Are Welcome To Apply
Office Hour / 5 Days Work Week (including weekends)
Responsibilities:
Attend to enquiries via hotline or other channels, e.g., emails
Handle inbound and outbound calls, and sometimes emails
Properly record conversations with customers in the CRM system
Achieve / Exceed individual and team KPIs set by management
Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
Any other related ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Possess at least 1 year of
Call Centre
experience
No experience is welcome to apply & training will be provided
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service oriented
Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Able to work on weekends (some weekends off will be provided)
Other Information:
Working Hours: Office Hour / 5 Day Work Week (including weekends)
Location: CBD
Salary: Up to $3100/month + OT + AWS + VB
